Flannel pillowcases equal death to the very last of my earrings. I don't know why this is.
I got my ears pierced at 14 (which was early for my family), thanks to my oldest sister. I used the sharpened studs to pierce my ears a total of 5 more times, using straight pins heated with a match and then covered in rubbing alcohol, ice cubes, and brute force. Yes, I am lopsided. I have 3 holes in my left ear, while I have four in my right.
Anyway, I am one of those freaks who can only wear gold earrings. Even the "surgical steel" ones make my ears freak out.
I would like to wear all seven earrings at once, except for one small dilemma I have. I've lost all the earrings of mine that match. I have some white gold ones, some yellow gold ones, but not enough of one kind for seven holes.
